PROOF OF AGE

O’Fiesta is a strictly 18+ event. You must have valid proof of age photo ID to gain entry into the event. Persons under the age of 18 years will be denied entry. The Promoter reserves the right to evict any underage person (or persons unable to provide valid proof of age ID). No refunds will be processed for anyone who is denied entry because they did not bring Accepted ID.

PASS OUTS

There are NO Pass Outs on the day. If you choose to leave the Festival at any point, you will not be admitted back in. There will be more than enough food, drinks, amenities and of course, music to keep you going.

WILL YOU BE POSTING SET TIMES IN ADVANCE?

Yes. Set times will be posted on our website and social media several days before.

TICKET PRICIING

There are several pricing options for O’Fiesta for both Flinders students and General Admission. Tickets go on sale in January 2020 with first release tickets available until sold out.

Flinders Students: 1st Release: $20 + booking fee / 2nd Release: $25 + booking fee

General Admission: 1st Release: $40 + booking fee / 2nd Release: $45 + booking fee

EVENT ENTRY

Entry to O’Fiesta will be granted with presentation of a ticket issued by an Authorised Ticketing Agency (Moshtix or FUSA) in the following forms:

It is a condition of entry to the Event Site that a search of you and/or your possessions be required at the time of entry to the Event Site. If you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Event Site without refund

CAN I GET REFUND ON MY TICKET?

Sorry, we have a strict No Refund policy. However, you can re-issue your ticket to another guest, information on how re-issues work can be found HERE.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY TICKET?

Physical tickets purchased cannot be replaced if lost, please treat them like cash. If you are having an issue with your ticket purchased online, please contact Moshtix.

WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE GATE ON THE DAY?

If you don't want to miss out on O’Fiesta, we highly suggest you purchase your ticket prior to the event. There MAY be some tickets at the gate, unless sold out prior.

TICKET RE-ISSUE

If you are purchasing a ticket from another attendee, we suggest asking for the ticket to be re-issued through the Authorised Ticketing Agency MOSHTIX. The promoter bears no responsibility for loss incurred by purchasing tickets from unauthorised means.

If you are a ticket holder and would like to re-issue your ticket, see the following information from MOSHTIX:

To reissue (change the name or date of birth on the ticket) the original purchaser must log in to their moshtix account, select the 'manage tickets' option on the upper right hand side, select the reissue option, and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details. The new attendees name, email and date of birth may be required when reissuing a ticket. Once the transaction has been approved, the reissued tickets will be sent to the email address specified on the reissue page. There will be a maximum of two (2) reissues permitted per ticket unless otherwise specified.

If you have a family member or friend who you would like to pass your unwanted tickets to, you will need to Reissue the ticket first to ensure it is in the correct name of the new attendee. Tickets must not be publicly listed for sale, or privately sold for more than face value. Scalping will not be tolerated, and tickets found to be in breach of the terms and conditions may be cancelled without refund.

WHERE DO I REPORT ANY LOST OR FOUND ARTICLES?

FOUND: Please take any found items to Festival staff or to the Security Office, at the top of the Library stairs (near the Humanities laneway).

LOST: If you misplace something please check with the Security Office, at the top of the Library stairs (near the Humanities laneway). After the event, please email fusa.events@flinders.edu.au with info and we will do our very best to help you.

ACCESSIBILITY

O’Fiesta is accessible for patrons with a disability, however, please note there are different surfaces on site including bitumen, paving, concrete and grass, which will impact on ease of movement. Accessible toilet facilities are available on site, as well as elevators. There are disability permit parking spaces approximately 100 metres from the main entrance.

DOES O’FIESTA ACCEPT COMPANION CARDS?

A carer can join the event free of charge. Please email through the details of the nominated carer to fusa.events@flinders.edu.au, with proof of purchase for your ticket. The carer's ticket will be available for collection onsite at the entrance to the event upon presentation of their details and ID to event and security staff. Requests must be made PRIOR to the event date.

FOOD AND DRINK

No food or drink will be permitted into the Event Site. O’Fiesta is licensed to sell food & drinks and provides great, well-stocked bars. Unsealed EMPTY plastic water bottles (no glass) can be brought into the Event Site. There will be plenty of water filling stations on site.

The University food vendors in the Student Hub and Plaza will be available for some of the event and will cater for vegetarian, vegan and Gluten Free options. Please note that most of the providers will close prior to the end of the festival, so we advise you get food well before the scheduled end of event (MIDNIGHT).

WHAT KIND OF CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES CAN I BRING WITH ME?

No professional cameras (read: cameras with detachable lenses) are permitted without formal media accreditation. Likewise, no audio or film recording equipment can be brought into the Festival. Regular mobile devices are accepted.

PARKING

OTHER TRANSPORT

Public transport is available from both Flinders University, Flinders Medical Centre and other locations close by. Head to the Adelaide Metro website for more information - https://adelaidemetro.com.au/.

OTHER FACILITIES

ATM & Payments: There is an ATM on site located on the Ground Level of the HUB. All vendors accept cash and card (PayWave/PayPass/EFTPOS). However, please note most of the outdoor bar terminals are cashless.

Lockers: There are some lockers available of the Ground Level and Level 1 of the HUB.

Charging Stations: There are a limited number of charging stations available. We suggest you bring a fully charged phone to the event.

FIRST AID

A professional First Aid provider will be on site on the Ground Level of the HUB to manage any first aid issues. Please remember to be sun smart during the event, with free sunscreen provided next to the First Aid station. We strongly recommend patrons come prepared for managing any asthma and allergies.
