To reissue (change the name or date of birth on the ticket) the original purchaser must log in to their moshtix account, select the 'manage tickets' option on the upper right hand side, select the reissue option, and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details. The new attendees name, email and date of birth may be required when reissuing a ticket. There will be a maximum of two (2) reissues permitted per ticket unless otherwise specified.
